		<description>Well I only may be 9 but I tryed that with out working out it did not work out, so you should still try to work-out and do the raw-food diet, thats what I would do.

		<description>I don&#039;t know to much about dieting, but just stay away from junk food and get 1 hour of moderate to hard exercise a day. You don&#039;t have to work out, you can just play B-ball with your friends, or swim laps, or something like that. If you your 60 min. aviod getting over 2000 calories (unused calories turn to fat!).</description>

		<description>Diets take away fat ONLY if they&#039;re done right.  Stick to it, and you&#039;ll see results.  But...belly fat might be from not going to the bathroom enough.  Try eating more fiber first.</description>

asparagus
beets
broccoli
green cabbage
carrots
cauliflower
celery
chicory
bell peppers (green are better 4 u)
cucumber , pickels too but have lots of sodium
endive
green beans
lettuce , romaine is better 4 u
papaya
radishes
spinach , if u dont like the canned kind get the dry (it tastes better)
turnip
zucchini
fruits: (canned ones arent good for you and r higher in cals)
cantalope
cranberry
grape fruit
honey dew melon
lemon
mango
lime
orange
peach
pineapple
strawberry
watermelon
apricots
hope ive helped you, these fruits and veggies are extremely good for you,
there all high in fiber
some are high in vitamin A
and others are high in vitamin C
and some are in both....
and all in low calories!</description>
